Where's my ticket/registration number/login password?

You don't need any of these things... all you need for login is the email address you used to purchase your ticket.

How do I log in?

You can find login here. Enter your registered email and click Continue, you will then be sent an email with the login link. Head head to the inbox of the email you just used and find the login email. The subject line will read 'Sign in to Beyond Recovery.'​ Click the link and you'll be logged in with access to all the talks that come with your ticket(s).

How do I see the talks?

Talk links will go live 15-30 minutes before each talk. Once you've logged in, a live link that says "Watch Now" will appear on the top of the Talk's webpage. Make sure you have downloaded, updated, and logged into Zoom. Click on the link and you'll be in the talk.

How do I adjust my schedule? I see talks on my schedule that didn't come with my ticket, will I get to see these too?  

If your ticket is for Free Friday Only, you may have been able to add Saturday/Sunday talks to your Schedule, but you will only be able to access Friday talks, until you purchase a Weekend Pass. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I watch replays? When/how?

If you purchased a Forever Access ticket you can watch live or later. If you are planning on watching most of the talks during replays, please note that the replays won't all be up until about 72 hours after the conference. You'll receive an email at that time with login credentials to our permanent site.
